PROJECT OVERVIEW : We’re transforming a dated 2,691 sf one-story home into a light-filled, modern family residence that will total 3,047 sf of conditioned living space, plus 517 sf of covered patios. Additions at the entry, kitchen, and garage tie seamlessly into a comprehensive interior remodel, while new covered outdoor living areas at the great room and primary suite extend the home’s footprint.
