Fashionphile atx

This was a 2,280 sq. ft. tenant improvement project for Fashionphile, located in The Domain in Austin, Texas. Fashionphile is a retail store specializing in gently used luxury handbags and accessories. The scope of work included demolition in several areas of the suite, installation of 1/8-inch thick drywall overlays in four locations, and painting throughout the suite, including all cabinetry. New shelving and large wall mirrors were installed. Additional electrical outlets were added, along with the installation of security gates.
